WARM-UP:

30-second group rest after last person returns
FOCUS:
Overhead carry position – review safe active shoulders, arms straight, ribs down, back flat; practice with AbMats or similar soft object
GET READY:
25 PVC twists
25 PVC pass-throughs
25 PVC twists
CONDITIONING:
Create a 100-meter track
2:00 – run on track
2:00 – hang power clean (dip-squeeze-drop-stand [DSDS]), 1#-8# dumbbells
2:00 – mountain climbers
2:00 – run
GAME:
Squat Potato w/small 4#-6# medicine ball – In a circle, each child does one slow squat, passes the ball, and, when music stops, whoever has the ball goes to center and does 2 slow squats.
