Broad jumps – landing position with knees outward feet straight; single jumps on trainer count w/trainer watching
GET READY:

CONDITIONING:

Obstacle course
Broad jumps => 6-8 small tires => crawl under bench => side shuffle => 6 floppies at cone A => bear crawl to cone B => 6 push-ups
