A Brand X Method Kids Workout

Warm-Up
Red Light, Green Light w/lunges

Focus
Squat with back against wall
Discuss proper depth in relation to “muscles on”

Get Ready
Child’s pose
Cross-body arm swings

Workout/Game
6:00-8:00
Create a two-sided obstacle course. Kids perform 3 burpees at start cone, then bear crawl down 12-foot track defined by parallel PVC pipes. They pick up a sand bag (3#-10#) and carry it through a cone-and-hurdle agility course
