A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout
WARM-UP:
10 Superman-hollow hold intervals called by trainer
FOCUS:
Planks and plank games
GET READY:
1:00 – bottom of the squat (toes pointing forward)
1:00 – down dog
1:00 each side – elbow over shoulder
CONDITIONING:
AMRAP in 8:00
10 squats
5 push-ups
1-3 strict pull-ups
GAME:
Catch the Bomb – station one child in the center of the play area with a large bucket or hula hoop. Other players should be randomly scattered around the play area with dodgeballs. On “Go,” the player in center will begin to run holding bucket or hula hoop while other players throw bombs toward the bucket or hula hoop. Switch player in center every minute or two.
