A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout
WARM-UP:
3:00-5:00
5 mountain climbers
1:00 – thumb wrestling
FOCUS:
Dip-Squeeze – focus on pinching shoulder back (not up) in Squeeze
GET READY:
PVC torso twists
PVC dislocates (with wide grip roll the PVC over head to back; narrow grip as long as arms remain straight during movement)
CONDITIONING:
8:00-10:00
Chalk Line – Have all kids help draw a meandering 25-meter chalk line. Then have each child high-knee skip from one end of this line to the other.
**After each round of play –
2 medicine ball deadlifts, #4-10#
2 medicine ball cleans, dodgeball-10#
GAME:
Paintball Dodgeball – Traditional dodgeball with random barriers on each side for use as “cover” such as might be found in a paintball arena.
