A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout
WARM-UP:
1:00 – jumping jacks
1:00 – T-plank holds
1:00 – mountain climbers
FOCUS:
Hang power clean –teach “jumping jack clean” progression
GET READY:
1:00 – standing midline compression and hold exercise
1:00 – seated bracing, body as straight as possible, ribs down
CONDITIONING:
3 rounds
2:00 – unloaded jumping jack hang power clean
2:00 – high-knee skipping
GAME:
Safe While Moving – A traditional game of tag with trainer selecting the first player to be “It.” All other players run from “It” to avoid being tagged and can also do up to 3 jumping jacks at any cone. Players must leave the cone after 3 reps. Players may not be tagged while performing jumping jacks. Players may only be tagged between cones or if not moving at cone.
