A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout
WARM-UP:
Backward shuttle sprints
FOCUS:
While standing hold one foot with same-side hand and straighten that leg so that its parallel to the floor. Time max hold.
GET READY:
1:00 each side – wrist stretches on floor, forward and backward
1:00 – seated hamstring stretch, chest up toes pointed upward
CONDITIONING:
AMRAP in 8:00-10:00
50-meter farmer’s carry, one hand, 3#-8# dumbbell (switch hand as needed)
10 broad jumps
10 box step-ups
