WARM-UP:

FOCUS:
Front Squats – maintenance of back angle throughout movement; use PVC to demonstrate
GET READY:
1:00 – bottom of the squat
1:00 each side – Achilles stretch
1:00 – bottom of the squat
CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 8:00-10:00
25-meter run on cone track with 4#-6# medicine ball
25 mountain climbers
3 strict pull-ups
GAME:
Carnival Boxes – Chest pass with 4#-6# medicine ball (sagittal plane) to knock over stacks of three boxes
