A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout
WARM-UP:
6x
10-meter skip and pass dodgeball or similar soft ball to next kid at start and finish points
FOCUS:
Simon Says with squat, front squat and thruster
GET READY:
1:00 – low lunges
1:00 each side – piriformis stretch
CONDITIONING:
3-4 rounds
Using 2:00 work-play intervals, alternate
Group A – 3 walking lunges => 3 burpees => 3 thrusters, unloaded
Group B – draw favorite movements and workouts outside with chalk or on whiteboard with markers
