WARM-UP:
Shuttle runs with lacrosse ball place and pick up
FOCUS:
Super-slow squats – have one or two children demo and discuss
GET READY:
1:00 each side – roped hamstring stretch
1:00 each side – Achilles stretch
CONDITIONING:
2 rounds
1:00 – tuck jumps
1:00 – running hurdles 6-12″
1:00 – alligator crawl
1:00 – slow squats
