A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout
WARM-UP:
200-meter group run
FOCUS:
Kettlebell deadlift – using 4kg-8kg bell, keep back and arms straight, hips go way back, feet stuck to the ground. Use martial arts “push test” for unloaded bottom position to check stability
GET READY:
1:00 – Samson stretch
1:00 each forward and backward – wrist stretches on the ground
CONDITIONING:
2x
3 strict or jumping pull-ups
10 tuck jumps
10 jumping jacks
10 squats to a box
10 burpee box jump-overs
10 kettlebell deadlifts, 4kg-8 kg
GAME:
Race style –
Lunges vs broad jumps
Broad jumps vs frog leaps
