A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout
FOCUS:
Monkey hangs (drop one hand and tap hip) and monkey swings (with both hands on bar, hold hollow position and swing forward and back)
GET READY:
1:00 each side – hamstring on box
1:00 each side – couch against the wall
CONDITIONING:
1:00 – run
Freeze and hold bottom of the squat for 30 seconds – muscles on
1:00 – broad jump
Freeze and hold bottom of the squat for 30 seconds – muscles off
GAME:
Polar Bear Crawl PVC Maze – Create a maze using PVC pipes laid flat. Decide if you want to create a single entrance and exit (maze is run for time) or multiple entrances and exits for a (multiuser race format). Avoid creating dead ends, but do create multiple exit paths.
