A Brand X Method™ Preteen Workout

200-meter jog => 30-second downward dog
400-meter run => 30-second bottom of the squat
800-meter sprint

FOCUS:
Push-up – focus on maintaining plank throughout movement

GET READY:
2x
10 light dumbbell shoulder presses w/3-second hold at top

WORKOUT:
16-round Tabata protocol, alternating
Push-ups
Jumping jacks

SKILL:
3x
1:00-2:00 plank
5-10 strict toes-to-bar or hanging leg raises

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – overhead shoulder distraction
1:00 each side – overhead triceps stretch
