WARM-UP:
2x
10 Cossacks
10 walking lunges
10 tuck jumps
FOCUS:
Kid President – kettlebell swings
GET READY:
1:00 – child’s pose
1:00 – frog stretch
1:00 – child’s pose
CONDITIONING:
2-3 rounds
2:00 – toes-to-bar flip to push-up complex
2:00 – pushing/pulling tire sleds
GAME:
Build a Snowman Race – Use 3 hula hoops or 3 bumper plates for the body, lacrosse balls for buttons and eyes, and AbMats for hats (trainer may provide carrot noses if desired). Divide class into teams. Have kids race to build a snowman from stack of supplies at the start cone. Each player delivers one piece at a time.
