Handstand holds

SKILL:
Front squat and push press – focus on rack positions

w/dumbbells
3 hang power cleans
3 front squats
3 shoulder-to-overhead

SKILL:

10 partner woodchoppers
5 medicine ball throws for distance

T-spine smash
