A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout
WARM-UP:

1:00 – holding leg hops
1:00 – walking toe touches
FOCUS:
Review Dip from Dip-Squeeze-Drop-Stand – make a line or circle and have kids touch their knees to their neighbors knees, reinforcing path of knee travel outward vs forward
GET READY:
2x
1:00 each side – threaded shoulder from all fours
CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 8:00
5 box thrusters
3 strict pull-ups or progressions
1 big hurdle over soft barrier to a gymnastic mat
GAME:
Plank Ball – Have kids plank in a circle. They pass a ball by head-butting it or hitting it with one hand while maintaining the plank. Variations include a musical version where whoever is last touching the ball when the music stops goes to the center of the circle to do 3 push-ups, or whoever loses plank position first goes to the center for 3 push-ups.
