1:00 – seated hamstring stretches
1:00 – 90-90 stretch
CONDITIONING:
8:00–10:00
BXK Kickball – All players run the bases to begin, 2:00. All players run the bases between innings, 1:00. Players kick the pitched/rolled ball and run the bases, but must do one burpee at/on each base to hold the base. Fielders must beat kicker to base and do two squats with one foot on the base to get an out. Catches of fly balls are outs.
