Warm-Up:
Throw medicine balls to knock over tall cones
Focus:
Front squat with elbows touching wall
Get Ready:
1:00 Sampson stretch
0:30 threaded arm on all fours, each side
Workout/Game:
50-100-meter run
10 push-ups
5 front squats, unloaded
Throw a water balloon to a target (bucket, overturned box or plasticized paper target)
