Knees-to-elbows and knee-up progressions
Get Ready:
1:00 piriformis stretch, each side
30-second Muay Thai cross-body hip stretch, each side
Workout:
AMRAP in 8:00
5 box jumps with front squat on top of box
10 mountain climbers
