10 Spiderman stretch

STRENGTH:
10:00 to finish
20 handstand push-ups or dumbbell shoulder presses
40 toes-to-bar
60 overhead walking lunges, 45/25

CONDITIONING:
3 x 5:00 AMRAPs, rest 2:00 between
10 burpees
20 mountain climbers
20 double-unders

MOBILITY:
Upward dog
Downward dog
