Another Brand X Method™ Preteen Workout
WARM-UP:
3x or 6:00
10 jumping jacks
10-meter bear crawl, forward => reverse
2 one-legged broad jumps, each leg
30 seconds in the bottom of the squat
SKILL:
Squat – focus on knees out while keeping feet flat on the groun
WORKOUT:
6:00-8:00 AMRAP
6 burpees
9 goblet squats, 4kg-8kg kettlebell or 8#-20# dumbbell
12 walking lunges
CHALLENGE:
2x
10 Bulgarian squats, each leg
20 flutter kicks
