Dip-Shrug – Show and practice shoulders shrugging back (chest bump) rather than up
WARM-UP:

Crazy faces crawling –
10-meter bear crawl with crazy face
10-meter duck walk with crazy face
CONDITIONING:
2 rounds
Work-play intervals
2:00 work = 10 dip-shrugs with small 2”-5″ diameter pumpkin => 10 broad jumps
2:00 play = Keep a balloon in the air; use the same number of balloons as athletes
GAME:
In a race format with two teams – 10-meter run and roll dodgeball to target
