Double jump-over burpee – review; jump over => jump back = 1 burpee
GET READY:
1:00 each side – couch stretch against wall
1:00 each – cat/cow yoga stretches
CONDITIONING:
3:00 – double jump-over burpees (using box or hurdle)
2:00 – push-up to plank
1:00 – plank hold
GAME:
Tarzan! w/rope climb buy in – Swing from rope while standing on a small box to a thick crash mat.
