Forward roll => handstand hold/attempt => forward roll
10 blocked squats => 20 jumping jacks
10 one-legged hops, each leg => 3 broad jumps

FOCUS:
Box jump – knee position on jump and landing

GET READY:
2x
100-meter high-knee skip
10 Cossacks

WORKOUT:
AMGMAP in 12:00
4 x 25-meter shuttle run
10 incline push-ups
15 box jumps

SKILL:
3x
1:00 long plank
30-second hollow hold
15 butterfly sit-ups

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – couch stretch
1:00 each side – calf smash/stretch
