10 jumping lunges
WORKOUT:
5 x 200-meter sprints
Rest 3:00 in between
CHALLENGE:

10 strict pull-ups or 10 ring rows
10 tempo push-ups (4-second eccentric/down phase)
MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – calf smash
1:00 – downward dog
1:00 each side – couch stretch
