SKILL:
Burpee broad jump from pad to pad
WARM-UP:
Get Dizzy – spins, forward rolls, barrel rolls, twists
CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 3:00
3 burpees
3 broad jumps
3 press up the sky
GAME:
Dragon Tails – Tag variation using a sock, plastic flag, paper towel, or something similar is tucked into each child’s rear waistband. Players attempt to pull the tails.
