3 perfect push-ups => plank walk
4 blocked squats => 100-meter run

FOCUS:
Press – focus on neutral spine in overhead position

GET READY:

10 PVC pass-throughs
10 power ball shots

WORKOUT:
AMGMAP in 8:00
8 presses, 5#-15# dumbbells
12 mountain climbers
15 one-legged hops, each leg

SKILL:
3x
1:00 – overhead hold
10 bench dips

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – calf smash and stretch
1:00 each side – overhead shoulder distraction
