Preteen class CrossFit Brand X – Ramona-Birthplace of CrossFit Kids
Warm Up:
Med Ball Relay: Divide kids into two teams. Each team forms a line behind a starting cone. Place Three cones in a straight line approximately 10 feet apart with a med ball placed at each cone. The first child runs to each cone (one at a time) to retrieve the med balls. The 2nd Child in line runs to return the med balls (one at a time) to each cone. Children alternate between retrieving and returning until each child in line has had a turn.
