A Brand X Method™ Preteen Workout
WARM-UP:
3x or 6:00
30 seconds in the bottom of the squat => 5 jumping squats => 10-second Spiderman stretch, each side => 3 cartwheels => bear crawl => handstand attempt/hold
FOCUS:
Hang squat clean – relate the squat position to the front squat
GET READY:
2x
10 blocked squats
10 walking lunges
WORKOUT:
3 rounds
10 hang squat cleans, 5# dumbbells-15# barbell
10 push-ups => 50-meter get-up sprint

SKILL:
3x
10 knees-to-elbows
1:00-2:00 plank hold
MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – pigeon
1:00 – Olympic wall squat
