10-meter sprint => 1 super-slow squat

CONDITIONING:

3 super-slow squats => jump around for 30 seconds (broad jumps, bunny hops or tuck jumps)
3 floppies => jump around for 30 seconds
3 push presses, unloaded => jump around for 30 seconds
3 push-up to planks
GAME:
Plank games – Shake hands, patty cake, spin 360, plank hold to dead bug (upside down plank)
