Press – focus on neutral spine throughout movement

GET READY:

3 wall walk-ups
5 powerball shots

WORKOUT:
AMGMAP in 6:00
6 shoulder presses, unloaded-15# dumbbells
6 burpees
6 squats

SKILL/CHALLENGE:
3x
Max strict toes-to-bar or hanging leg raises
Max dips or max push-ups

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – overhead shoulder distraction
1:00 each side – overhead triceps stretch
