A Brand X Method™ Preschool Workout
FOCUS:
Blocked squats with knees next to wall – have kids stand with the side of their bodies aligned with the wall about 3-4 inches away to show outward travel of knee toward the wall. Feet stay flat.
WARM-UP:
Reindeer running on all fours (around 5 or 6 cones)
CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 5:00-6:00
Stage 3 cones about 10 meters apart in a triangle
Bear crawl from cone 1 to 2
Sleigh ride from cone 2 to 3 (trainer pushes child on a plyo-box or similar object)
GAME:
Jump for height to ring a bell – Trainer uses rope or bands to lower and raise a bell or group of bells for use as a target to jump and touch (similar to how a piñata is raised and lowered)
