A Brand X Method™ Adult Workout

PREP:
3x
10-meter bear crawl square
10 walking toe taps
10 single-leg deadlift
10 bandy side steps

CONDITIONING:
30:00 row or ski
Every 5:00 stop and do 10 toes-to-bar*

*If your first set of 10 toes-to-bar take 1:00, then you would start the next 5:00 period at 6:00 and go to 11:00. In other words you’re not stopping at every 5:00 to do toes-to-bar, but rowing or skiing for 5:00 total each time.
