Circle run with sprawl called at intervals by trainer
FOCUS:
Strict pull-ups
Grip and holds on rings
GET READY:
1:00 – wrist stretches on floor, forward and backward
1:00 – bottom of the squat
WORKOUT:
AMGMAP in 8:00
3 strict pull-ups (Group A on parallel bars; Group B on rig)
5 blocked squats at wall
10 burpees
GAME:
Tuck jump dodgeball
