FOCUS:
Drop-Stand
Practice “Muscles on”
–Show drop with elbows up and stand. Show how the drop is a squat with MUSCLES ON
WARM-UP:
Zigzag run around pumpkins placed like cones in a pattern
CONDITIONING:
Create stations for the following:
2 burpees
4 broad Jumps
Roll a dodgeball under (and through) a bench
GAME:
Dip-Shrug-Drop-Stand (DSDS) Conga Line with 5 different varieties of pumpkins. Use only Dip Shrug or Drop Stand; encourage the portion that reflects the highest amount of success among your kids.
