A Brand X Method™ Preteen Workout
WARM-UP:
3x or 5:00
10 pogo jumps
5 super-slow squats
10-meter roving plank
10 one-legged side-to-side hops, each leg
10 grasshoppers
SKILL:
Overhead squat – focus on safe overhead position (neutral spine, ribs down, abs engaged, rooted in heels)
WORKOUT:
5 rounds, 1:00 rest in between
1:00 overhead hold, PVC-15# barbell
10 overhead squats, PVC-15# barbell
10 box jumps, 12”-24”
CHALLENGE:
3x
50-meter waiter’s carry
3 handstand holds/attempts
