Warm up:
5 x 50 m Sprints with 30 sec rest

Focus:
Lining up over the object for deadlift – squat stance with object between ankles
Quick DL form review

WOD:
Line up variety of small objects,(dodgeballs, 10# plates, 5# dumbbells) 30 meters from cones/ line

AMRAP IN 8:00
10 squats at cones/line
Broad jump burpees to objects
Line up over object one good deadlift- focus on position
Burpee broad jump back

Game:
Farmers and lumberjacks
