Focus: Skipping (Focusing on step-hop)
Warm-Up : Skip to My Lou (Skipping in different manners on trainer’s cue. Slow step hop, high knee, fast skipping, swinging hands for momentum)
WOD:
AMRAP (3-5 mins)
Skip to Cone #1 – 3 squats
One leg hop to cone #2 – 3 burpees
backwards jump to cone # 3 – 3 med ball deadlfts
GAME: Skipping Stones (with small LaCrosse balls try to bounce into buckets or inverted ploy-boxes)
