Water Fun! (Be sure to prepare your parents for this a couple of days ahead of time. Save this WOD for a warm day).
Deadlift/Angry Gorilla –Hips back & down
Angry gorilla back race to pick up water balloon, run back to start.
AMRAP (3-5 mins)
Child does one good squat and then tosses water balloon to partner. Then partner does squat and tosses it back. If balloon is dropped and breaks then partners each do a burpee to start again.
Water balloon toss into bucket (or inverted plyo box)
