Show and Tell – Angry Gorilla. Each child is asked for a cue to set up the deadlift.
Med Ball Switch: Children divided into 2 groups and sent to opposite sides of the room. On trainers go they run, bear crawl, hop ( whichever movement is called) to the opposite side of room to retrieve med ball and return at a run back to their side of the room.
AMRAP (3-5 mins)
Deadlift Conga Line: Three items placed in a line, Kids deadlift each item before moving on to Box Jump. Items suggested: sofi ball, 4-6 lb. med ball, backpack
5 Box Jumps or step ups
Med Ball Shuttle Run
