GET READY:

10 power ball shots
10 alternating dumbbell presses w/2-second hold at top

WORKOUT:-
AMGMAP in 10:00
15 dumbbell push presses
30 mountain climbers

SKILL:
3x
Max active hang
1 rope climb or 2 beginner climbs
20 butterfly sit-ups

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – overhead shoulder distraction
1:00 each side – triceps stretch
