Focus: Presses
Warm Up: Jump Around
“Thursday Jump for Fun Day!”
WOD:
2-3 conga-line style lanes each with
3 tuck jumps
3 burpee-broad jumps
3 presses
2-3 times through line depending on time
Game: Bunny Hop Relay
2 teams
a Child from each team holds a lacrosse ball between their knees while bunny hopping around cones to a hula hoop. The child must make it all the way around the cones to the box without dropping the ball. Once they have dropped the ball into the hula hoop, they run back to tag the next team member in line
