Push to plank and hold
WARM-UP:

10 seconds – push to plank and hold
20 seconds – jump around and run in a circle
CONDITIONING:
3:00-5:00
1 burpee
2 squats
3 spins
20-meter run
GAME:
Plank ball with a Gator Skin dodgeball or similar soft ball – Kids roll balls to each other from the plank position.
