Using 3 stations –
Climb over the mountain (3-5 plyo-boxes of different heights arranged to create a scalable climb up and over to the other side)
3 blocked squats
3 jumping Jacks
GAME:
Snowball Faceoff – Kids lay on their bellies in a circle (about 3-meter radius) heads toward center. Using a pile of snowballs (packing peanuts or crunched paper towels in Saran Wrap) at least equal in number to kids direct the group to perform a given number of reps of a trainer-determined exercise then run to grab a snowball and get back on their bellies. Once all kids have returned to the circle and to their bellies, trainer declares, “Snowball fight!” Kids throw snowballs once and play repeats. Kids may choose to stockpile snowballs.
