From the Founders of CrossFit Kids:
Warm Up
Jingle bell monkey swing, then two monkey hang hip taps, 1 bell ring
Focus
Hollow, superman on P bars one at a time
Check for proper ROM and position
Get Ready
Standing triangle stretch
upward dog
WOD
For 10 minutes
Holiday music dance party
Trainer plays holiday music for 1 minute- kids must stay moving (dance)
1 minute burpees
Repeat alternating squats and burpees
