5 pendulums
5 step-back lunges
5 step-forward lunges

GET READY
1:00 roped hamstring stretch on the floor each side
1:00 piriformis stretch

PRACTICE
MOVEMENT PRACTICE
Review lunge with Movement Skills “Knee Over Ankle” and “Railroad Tracks”
Practice 10 walking lunges each leg

PLAY
Work-Play

10 walking lunges
10 broad jumps
10 floppies or burpees*
*Only assign burpees to kids who can maintain checkpoints for push up x 10

Any kind of tag w/only rule that everyone must keep moving

10 box jumps or step-ups
10 box hurdles
5 push-ups

GAME
Jump rope – review “Strong Tree” Movement Skill as applies to jumping rope. Create two lanes of start and finish cones 10 meters apart. Have kids side shuffle to cone, do 5 jumps with rope, bear crawl back.
