Game
Play “Lacrosse or Medicine Ball Relay and Shuttle Run “
K-2 use lacrosse, Gator Skin or Pinky balls; 3-6 option to use medicine balls or sandbags
On a flat surface, line up 2-4 start and finish cones (approximately one start cone per 10 children). Add three cones 5 meters apart from each other and the start cone in each line. Align one ball on top of each cone (not including start cone). Upon “go,” the first child in each line will run to the first ball, pick it up and return it to the start cone, repeating at all three cones. The next child will return each ball to its original location. Advise kids not to begin until the person in front of them returns to the start cone. This is performed as a race; the first team finished wins.
