Prepare
For 2 minutes
Using dodgeballs or tennis balls, have kids throw and catch to themselves for one
minute, working on practicing how hard and far to throw to still be able to accurately
catch the ball.

Lunge
Review Railroad tracks concept using two parallel chalk lines at least 12” apart. Have
kids practice walking lunges along the tracks to understand the concept. Next discuss
optimal position with back flat
(Strong Tree applied) and that propping- hands on thighs for support- is not allowed.
Good options are to cross the hands over the chest or hold their hips.

1 minute:
10 blocked squats then pause at middle position for the rest of the minute
