A Brand X Method™ Adult Workout
WARM-UP:
Death by 5 burpees
Start at 5 burpees and increase by 5 repetitions each minute until failure
CONDITIONING:
Partner workout –
AMRAP in 16:00
Partner 1: 20 wall ball shots
Partner 2: plank hold until wall ball shots are completed
* If plank is broken, both partners run 400 meters.
