Kids class CrossFit Brand X – Ramona-Birthplace of CrossFit Kids
Warm up:
Pogo squats
One child pogo sticks
With others in a circle
Kids in circle do the same number of squats as pogo sticker does hops
Repeat until all have had one turn
Focus:
Nutrition- shopping
If you Don’t buy it – or ask to buy it-you cannot be tempted to eat it
WOD:
Row 5 minutes
Game:
Knock stuff over
Buy in- 3 tuck jumps, 2 burpees, I spin
Throw 4# med ball to knock pile of stuff
( just about anything soft) over. Stuff is placed abot 10 ft from two lines of kids.
All kids do Victory lap around stuff mountain when knocked over. Trainer should start each new round for safety in throw during stuff rebuilding
